Admission Process & Guidelines
Welcome to P.K. University, Shivpuri (M.P.) – your gateway to quality education and a successful future. Admissions for the academic session 2025–26 are now open. Please follow the steps below to apply through offline mode.
Admission Process
- Visit the University or City Office
Interested candidates must visit the P.K. University Campus or any of our authorized city offices in Shivpuri, Datia, or Jhansi to begin the admission process.
- Collect the Admission Form from the Admission Cell
Admission forms are available at the University Admission Cell and all authorized city offices. Please collect the form in person during office hours.
- Fill Out the Form
Fill the form carefully with accurate personal and academic details. Ensure all required information is provided clearly.
- Attach Required Documents
Attach photocopies of the required documents (listed below) along with recent passport-size photographs.
- Submit the Form
Submit the completed admission form along with the required documents at the P.K. University Admission Cell or the respective city office from where you obtained the form.
- Pay the Admission Fees
Admission will be considered final only after the successful payment of the admission and tuition fees at the university’s accounts office.
- Tuition fees can also be paid through Installment options, as per the university’s fee structure and payment policy.
- Payment must be made through the modes approved by the university (cash, cheque, online, or bank transfer – as applicable at the time of admission).

- 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- 12th Marksheet & Certificate
- Graduation Marksheet (for PG programs)
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size Photographs (4 Photos)
- Caste Certificate (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
- Domicile Certificate (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
- Samagra ID (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
Important Guidelines
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Incomplete forms or missing documents will not be accepted.
- Admission is strictly based on eligibility criteria as per university norms.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of final verification.
- Online/Distance mode admissions are not available. Admission is strictly offline.
