As per MP Government Ordinance Dated 03 June 2016, Part 4(T), Statue 10.

The Board of Management of the P.K. University, duly constituted under Section 23(1) & Section 23(3) of the Adhiniyam, 2007.

      a) The Vice-Chancellor, as ex officio Chairperson;

      b) Two representative nominated by the Sponsoring Body;

• Dr. J.K. Mishra (Director (Admin.), P.K. University, Thanra Karera, Shivpuri-M.P.)
• Dr. Balveer Singh (Professor in Computer Science Engineering, P.K. University, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri (M.P.)

      c) Two representative nominated by the State Government;

• MPPURC is to request to nominate the members.

      d) Two Principles/Senior most Professor of the Constitute Institutions by rotation;

• Dr. Mukesh Chanrosia (Professor in faculty of commerce, P.K. University, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri -M.P)
• Mr. Syyed Adil (Associate Professor in Department of Civil Engineering, P.K. University, NH27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-M.P.)

      e) Two Senior most Teacher of University by rotation;

• Mrs. Renubala Goswami (Principal in diploma polytechnic, P.K. University, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri -M.P)
• Dr. Bhaskar Nalla (Associate Professor in Faculty of Management, P.K. University, NH27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-M.P.)
