BTech. (Agriculture)Â is the branch of engineering that applied engineering science disciplines and technology practices to the efficient production and processing of food, feed, fiber and fuels. This course is made after merging the principles of animal biology, plant biology, mechanical, civil, electrical and chemical engineering.
Agriculture is the very basis of civilization. Agriculture is the science of arts and occupation of cultivating the soil, producing crops and rearing of animals to provide food, wool and other products. It is very important for everyone to know about the agriculture.
Our lives depend on the agricultural food to live. One must have to study / read / know about the agriculture. Agriculture industry plays an important role in India as it provides employment to the major section of the Indian population. Earlier, farmers were using primitive methods in cultivation, irrigation and farming, but these methods were not giving fruitful results. The government of India then decided to use the experts’ knowledge in order to improve the productivity of this industry thus increasing the employment in this field as well.

Eligibility : The student should have passed 10 + 2 examination from a recognized board.
