It is a matter of great honour, responsibility, and privilege for me to join P.K. University, Shivpuri, as the Pro Vice-Chancellor. I sincerely express my gratitude to the Hon’ble Management, the Chancellor, and the Vice-Chancellor for placing their trust and confidence in me by entrusting this important academic and administrative responsibility.

In the contemporary landscape, higher education is no longer confined to the dissemination of knowledge alone. It has evolved into a dynamic ecosystem encompassing innovation, policy orientation, skill development, research-driven thinking, and social responsibility. I firmly believe that P.K. University possesses immense potential to excel across all these dimensions. Our collective priority will be to develop a robust academic ecosystem grounded in quality teaching, outcome-oriented research, industry–academia collaboration, and ethical governance.

My strategic vision is to strengthen P.K. University as a multidisciplinary, research-focused, and student-centric institution, in alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Emphasis will be laid on fostering innovation, expanding digital and skill-based education, and preparing students to meet global academic and professional challenges with confidence and competence.

I strongly believe that institutional growth is not achieved through policies alone, but through collective participation, transparent decision-making, and shared commitment. I look forward to working closely with faculty members, administrators, staff, and students to transform P.K. University into a centre of academic excellence, meaningful social contribution, and nation-building.
