(a)The governing Body of the P.K. University consist of the following member

• The Chancellor;

Shri Jagdish Prasad Sharma (P.K. University, NH-27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-MP)

• The Vice Chancellor;

Dr. Mukesh Chanrosia (Professor in faculty of commerce, P.K. University, NH-27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-MP)

• Three eminent persons nominated by the Sponsoring Body out of whom at least one shall be an eminent educationist;

1. Satnam Singh (Professor in Department of EC under FET, P.K. University, NH-27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-MP)
2. Jitendra Mishra (Director of P.K. University, NH27, Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-MP)
3. Syyed Adil (Associate Professor of Department of Civil Engineering Under FET, P.K. University, NH27 Thanra, Karera, Shivpuri-MP)
